3. Pricing

- Additional fees (e.g., taxes, bank charges) may apply.
- Online payment may include a bank processing fee (e.g., 3%).
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies depend on the airline, hotel, or service provider.
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Refund timelines depend on the service provider.
5. Travel Documents
- Customers are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.).
- Masar is not responsible for denied boarding or visa rejection.
6. Visa Services
- Visa approval is subject to the embassy’s final decision.
- Visa fees are non-refundable in case of rejection.
7. Changes & Modifications
- Changes to bookings may incur additional charges.
- All modifications depend on availability and the service provider’s policy.
8. Liability
Masar acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. We are not responsible for:
- Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines.
- Hotel service quality or overbooking.
- Visa rejection or government decisions.
9. Force Majeure
Masar shall not be liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or flight disruptions.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
