The hotels listed further down this page are the ones Masar puts first in that city, and each one opens the real hotel page where the rate is re-checked with the supplier before you pay. A hotel with no availability for your dates simply does not appear.

Most pilgrims split the trip, with the Makkah nights first so the Umrah is performed early in the stay, then Madinah to visit the Prophet's Mosque. The rites of Umrah themselves — ihram, tawaf, sa'i and the cutting of the hair — are usually completed within a day. The number of nights is yours to choose: you can search each city separately on this page and book the two stays independently.

It depends on your nationality and on which permit you already hold. Travellers from many countries may now perform Umrah on a tourist visa or an eligible e-visa, while others still need a dedicated Umrah visa through an authorised agent. We do not quote visa rules from a web page, because they change.

Yes, by arrangement with our team rather than through an online search. Transfers and car hire are not bookable on this website — there is no live inventory behind them — so they are quoted and confirmed by a consultant alongside your hotel and flight booking.

Umrah can be performed at any time of year, unlike Hajj. Ramadan and the school holidays are the busiest and the most expensive periods, and hotels closest to the Haram sell out earliest in them. Outside those windows the same hotel is usually easier to get and the Haram itself is calmer. Because prices move with demand, the only reliable way to compare is to search your real dates — which is what the search at the top of this page does.

A price on a card is a starting price for the dates shown and is indicative. The price that counts is the one on the booking confirmation, after the rate has been re-checked with the hotel supplier. The total you are shown at that point includes taxes and there is nothing added at the payment step. Each hotel also carries its own cancellation deadline, which is shown on its page before you pay.
